At Outman, we take pride in offering premium-quality clothing and accessories. To ensure transparency, please review our policy before making a purchase.
No Returns & No Refunds – All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
Limited Exchange Policy – Exchanges only apply if you have purchased the wrong size. No other exchanges will be accepted.
Exchange Process
Customers must contact our support team at contactoutman12@gmail.com to initiate an exchange request.
Our support team will provide the return address upon approval of the exchange request.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of sending the item to the address we provide.
Eligibility for Exchange
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
The exchange request must be made 48 Hours of receiving the order.

Shipping on Exchange
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs while returning your item and your exchanged item(s).
If the returned item is delivered/not delivered to us within 10 days of return shipping, we shall notify you.
In any case, if the returned item is not delivered to us within 10 working days, we will not exchange, refund or partially refund your purchase.
Exchange for the Purchased item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and proceed with your requested exchange item.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team contactoutman12@gmail.com
If you do not report the damage to us within the 48-hour period, we may not be able to honour your claim. We utilize the time stamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
