Do you offer international shipping?

Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. We’ll provide tracking details so you can monitor your order’s journey.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your delivery via our courier partner’s website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna and other secure payment methods.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your payment information. Your data is safe with us, and transactions are processed securely.
Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
At the moment, we only support one payment method per transaction.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds; however, we’re happy to assist you in finding a replacement or different size.
How do I initiate an exchange?
To start an exchange, email us at contactoutman12@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange. Please include the new size, color, or item you’d like. Our team will guide you through the process.
Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?
For hygiene reasons, certain items like fragrances cannot be exchanged. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
Do I have to pay for exchange shipping?
If the exchange is due to an issue on our end (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we’ll cover the shipping cost. For all other exchanges, shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
How long does the exchange process take?
Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days. We’ll notify you once the new item has been shipped.
